After arriving at my hotel in Girona from a 12-hour journey from Colorado, I was dismayed to find that one of my carbon-spoked race wheels had been damaged by airport security. This unfortunate discovery happened during siesta time, ruining my plans for a quick "leg opener" ride upon arrival. With no other choice, I waited until the afternoon and then ventured out on foot from my hotel in central Girona to visit three different bike shops in hopes of renting a set of wheels. That's when the team at Trek Girona truly excelled. They creatively assembled parts from other bikes to ensure my long-planned cycling holiday wasn't ruined. This is all the more remarkable considering that I'm a Campagnolo 12-speed EPS rider in a mostly-all Shimano and SRAM world. The price was reasonable (ultimately covered by my bike insurance), and the service was exceptionally friendly and supportive. What a top-notch team!

I had to ship an Ebike to my son in FL and had no idea how. Stopped in to ask some questions and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond, explaining everything. They ordered the bike box for me, disassembled and packed up the bike and even dropped it off at UPS!! They were amazing.
