온라인 구매를 하려고 했었는데 역시 매장에서 구매하길 잘했다는 생각이 듭니다. 온라인에서 주는 선물은 없으나 친절하고 자세한 설명에 너무 만족합니다. 추가로 정비쿠폰과 세차쿠폰 등 정기적인 관리서비스 쿠폰도 유용하게 사용할 듯 합니다. 무엇보다 직접 타보고 몸에 맞는 제품을 구매할 수 있다는게 좋습니다. 감사합니다~

I am so happy that we rented our bikes here! We got the best bikes, it was even the 2026 model and all the employees are super friendly and helpful. We needed to return the bikes on a day when the shop was closed, what was no problem because we could do it at some partner hotel. Also communication was very easy with Eduardo! Can highly recommend this rental!

December 2025. We were a small group wishing to rent e-bikes and one gravel bike from Trek Store Girona for one day so we could ride a 60k loop in the area. The booking and support from the Trek Store team was professional and super helpful throughout. 10/10 positive experience in renting the bikes from Trek. Trek Store staff member Eduardo was especially helpful and extra supportive.

I would like to compliment GeonJin Seo from Trek Bicycle Seocho outlet for his commendable service, attentiveness, helpfullness & providing the best customer service when we visited the outlet on Sunday, 14 Dec. We wanted to purchase 2 pairs of shoes but they didn't have the sizes in Trek Seocho outlet so GeonJin went out of his way to contact other outlets to check on availability. As we were only visiting Seoul from Singapore, we don't have much time there & instead of having to wait for a few days, GeoJin managed to secure the 2 pairs from 2 different outlets. He arranged for them to be sent to the Trek Gangnam outlet as we wanted to explore that area. He personally checked the shoes first when it arrived in Trek Seocho before sending them over to Trek Gangnam. Thank you GeonJin for the exceptional & warmth service.
