This store has amazing customer service! They helped diagnose my touring bike and led me to a shop that could repair it with the correct parts (since it’s not a trek bike). I would return for trek related bike needs.

We hired 2 e road bikes and were served by Eduardo. He was very accommodating to our needs and sorted us out with perfect bikes for us. Unfortunately during the ride we had an issue with one of the bikes. We still managed to complete most of the ride. The day alter the ride I received notice that they were refunding one of the hire costs due to the inconvenience. They did this without any request from us. Highly recommended.
