I was on a week long trip to Girona when on my first day my Di2 started mishaving . Jan in the Trek Girona shop very patiently spent 45 mins checking the Di2 from mutliple different angles... with a little help from Shimano tech support they figured out that it was the deraileur .However because of the age of the deraileur they had none in stock , but Jan was very resourcful , he fitted a deraileur from another bike until a replacement arrived after 3 days , Jan and the Trek team saved my holiday and i will be eternally grateful

자전거도 품질이 우수하고 좋지만, 분당점 직원 분들은 너무 친절하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 매장도 쾌적하고요. 오죽하면 저희 아들이 " 거긴 사람들이 왜 이렇게 친절할까?" 라고 물을 정도입니다. 전 아이한테 "우선 자전거가 품질이 좋고 우수하고, 그 품질로 인해 고객들이 좋아하니 자부심이 생기고, 본인이 하는 일에 자신감과 기쁨이 생기기에 자연스럽게 친절해지는게 아닐까" 라고 답했습니다. 서로 좋은 인연 계속 이어가길 바랍니다 ^^
