Bought twooedal assist e bikes last September at west Michigan bike. They were for my two sons. They love them. These bikes are great quality and very sturdy. My one son had a small issue with his and these guys took care of it at no charge . Not many places do this. Very knowledgeable and attentive sales staff. One salesman spoke enough English to answer my questions. The model I chose was not in the store at the time, so they ordered it from the main hub and it was delivered within a week! They assembled it for me, went over the basics of maintenance and safety and threw in some coupons for discounts on apparrel and equipment. If you are in the market for a bicycle, I highly recommend visiting the TREK store in Shin-buldang!

Friendly staff, they really helped me out, 1 hour before closing, I had a mechanical issue with my bike the night before a race. They fixed my bike, so that I could race.
The shop is very nice with a wide range of products, would definitely recommend.

The guys at West Michigan Cycle (Holland) were easy to talk with about all my issues I had on my bike.
