I was welcomed upon entering and the salesperson was very helpful and knew all about my bike. I was given an estimate and received a notice that my bike was ready within two days.The estimate was spot on. These people know what they are talking about and my experience was wonderful. If and when I need a new bike or service, I will return to this business.

Two years ago I purchased an Electra Townie and love it, I use the assist going up hills. I finally talked my husband into an electric assist bike, got him a Denago and he loves it too. West MI bike did a great job, answered all of our questions, no pressure to buy. They made sure both times we had the bike we were comfortable with and made sure we knew how to take care of it.

Felicitaciones TREK por semejante tienda. Realmente espectacular. Alquilamos 12 bicicletas para un tour de 5 dias. Nos abrieron el local especialmente para el retiro, excelente predisposición de Eduardo. Todo muy bien y más importante aún cuando hubo que resolver imprevistos, todo fluyó muy bien. Gracias totales. Volveremos pronto!
