Dan is the man!! Super nice, not pushy at all and made it really easy to get the bike I wanted. Feels great when the person selling you the bike is just as excited as you are that you’re gonna be riding a new bike!!

I went to the Trek Store in Shadyside to purchase a new bike. I was greeted by Dio. I explained the type of riding I like to do. He spent a lot of time with me. Dio answered all my questions. He was friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I ended up buying a new bike and have been very happy with it. I would highly recommend the Shadyside Trek store and especially the manager, Dio.

Mechanics are really professional and friendly, love bikes. Prices are perhaps higher than elsewhere but the service and people are unmatched, it's also conveniently located. Special thanks to Connor :)

Trek Shadyside DOES NOT MISS! I never take my bikes anywhere else’s , the skill and service is unparalleled !! I met Max & EJ on Sunday, THEY ARE GREAT NEW ADDITIONS TO THE SQUAD! I came in right at open to get two new tires and a tube put on, EJ let me know it may not be today because it was only him Max and they were short staffed. I was a bit sad(I wanted to ride ) but understood. So came back around 4pm before close and EJ was just putting my bike up for service. I could tell he had been slammed with service all day and was still hustling 5 hours later! Needless to say these two studs got me taken care of and I couldn’t have been more impressed! The Main Crew here always rocks and now two new kick ass additions, I couldn’t be a happier Trek rider with this crew having my back! Keep kicking ass , you all are the best!

A great bike shop! Everyone here is very friendly and super helpful. They don't mind taking the time to answer questions, and perform repair and maintenance work quickly. Dio in particular has helped me out a number of times.

This is a wonderful bike shop. They were able to fix problems on two bikes recently - one simple and one complex - and I was happy with the entire process both times. The staff was able to diagnose the problem immediately, communicate clearly about timeline, and make the repair with an eye on affordability but an even keener eye on quality. I appreciate very much the time the mechanic took to get things right.
