I started Tony's Acoustic Challenge 6 weeks ago. I had made a couple of attempts in my earlier life to learn guitar, but had no structure, and gave it up twice after learning a few chord progressions to strum. I had not touched a guitar in more than 20 years.
The TAC community is an excellent and generously supportive community, with many members having been there for a number of years. I learn from their freely given advice and their videos. Tony's endless video instructions in bite-sized pieces will keep any student busyily engaged for years. The instruction is very incremental, and you take it at your own pace.
I could go on with many accolades, but in short, I am super happy that I am being reintroduced to the guitar through TAC, and look forward to when I can play and jam with others... and now that seems like a very accomplishable goal. That's why I happily recommend TAC to anyone who wants to play guitar, or to advance skills they already enjoy. The final bonus... the value of this course for the dollars you spend is outstanding. It truly is a bargain for the endless learning opportunities within the TAC course and community.
One final note... the production values of the videos and the website structure for learning is top notch. Like I said, I can go on, but 'Nuff said.
