I committed to TAC because I wanted to learn how to play the guitar. I will be 81 on June 4th, 2020 so I was really hesitant to sign up for the course. I was impressed with how you presented your course and your explanations of the goals were exactly what I needed to make a commitment. The only thing I knew how to play was the radio so I decided I should get out of the rocking chair and learn something new. I had a problem initially understanding some of the things you were talking about but being able to repeat and pause the videos I could finally get it.. It has been two weeks now and the tips of my fingers are pretty sore. I think maybe I have been pressing too hard on the strings. Another problem I have is my fret fingers are having trouble being only on the strings they are supposed to. They are touching their neighbors when they shouldn't. I started with this problem after we started the G Chord lesson. But I will keep practicing and trying to figure the correct fretting pressures and getting my fingers in shape. I am trying to put in 2 hours of practice daily just to stay up with the course. I would recommend TAC above any other course. I don't see how any course could teach the guitar any easier than Tony's Acoustic Challenge. Thanks for teaching this course. I enjoy listening to your instructions even if I have a problem between my ears, brain and fingers trying to carrying them out.

I like the way that I can go to different lessons at my own convenient time and go back and review them when ever very effective teacher and platform!

i was apprehensive about joining, but SO glad i did!! i bought the Fretboard Wizard program and joined the TAC family. i have had so many "lightbulb" moments lately, all thanks to these great courses!! Tony and crew have done an amazing job with this program and im just so grateful it is available. i also subscribed to the acoustic tuesday show and look forward to it each week..i am def a guitar geek for life!! highly recommend!!

To be truthful I now love the course as I got distracted by the TAC website into the 30 Day Challenge instead of the 30 Day Learn to Play Course. The website needs a clearer way to get started and navigate the different courses available to users. I spent a week on the wrong course and got confused and frustrated and got no qualifying answer back from the forum. Now I'm back on track with the right course and will review it completely later.

I got stuck in a rut. TAC put me in focus on a direction. I am now moving forward.

Love this course! I've been a drummer for many decades who just decided to take the time to learn guitar. I love Tony's methodology of making the guitar learning process fun & it REALLY is!

Tony's Acoustic Challenge is great for me since I've been away from the guitar for decades. I was hesitant to sign up because I didn't want to start and then put it back away, but I've been consistent now for several weeks and I am enjoying playing again. In addition, I am learning things I never knew before and that is helping me overcome my fears of doing anything beyond rhythm guitar. I'm not there yet, but I want to consider myself a lead guitarist someday and for the first time, I have confidence that I will get there. I would recommend Tony's Acoustic Challenge for everyone from beginners to advance players because there is always more to learn.

I think the site is reasonably easy to use so far, with some good exercises to bring the fingers on. Looking forward to learning more songs and blues riffs
