Tony has a way of making learning guitar something you look forward to, rather than dreading practice. I'm still in the beginning of my journey and find his lessons are easy to understand. The community is a big plus to TAC as well. I'm so happy to be here 😀

Fives stars!! I am a couple weeks into both the Fret Board Wizard and the Acoustic Challenge. I LOVE both - so much! Tony immediately demystified aspects of music theory that I have literally ran away from for years. The acoustic challenge has many different aspects - some things I can whip right through and others are brand new to me. The sheer volume of lessons just helps me keep ticking along. If I master a lesson enough to make my way through I move on - I can already see how they build on each other. I think Tony is an excellent teacher - he is funny and his lessons are succinct and to the point. The videos, quizzes, downloadable handouts and practice videos make for a top notch learning experience.

Acoustic Tuesdays got me comfortable with signing on for TAC. I thought it would either be "good" or "a fool's money spent". I'm glad to say that interacting with TAC is varied enough to keep one's attention. Lessons aren't pounded into the head. Rather, they are absorbed while engaging in a positive "atmosphere". There is wonderful encouragement from community members too. Once in, I could see that there is room for anyone--both musically and socially. I'm excited with the prospects! I've had my hands on guitars since the early 60's and feel more comfortable now than ever before. I still need my (YouTube) fix of Acoustic Tuesdays though!

Tony has an easy way about him, intelligent, quick witted, polite, and obviously knows so much about guitar playing and music that it was a no brainer to join his Acoustic Challenge. In just two weeks I've learned a ton of techniques and looking forward to more. At the beginning of most lessons I feel like I'll never get it, but it comes with practice. I think the biggest thing he has done for me is to teach me to use my little finger in fretting better. Still pretty bad, but getting better. I wish he would apply some of the techniques to songs, so I could increase my repertoire.

TAC has made al the difference in my playing - in two way. First, by getting me to play EVERY day. And second, to show me the path to play what I've always wanted - Lead Guitar. 4.0 Tony!

I would highly recommend Tony's Acoustic Challenge. If you just want to learn to play the guitar, the 30 Day Challenge is for you. You will be playing in 30 days if you follow the lessons. If you've been playing for a while, the Fretboard Wizard is great. Tony's teaching is so easy to understand and the practical applications make playing a pleasure. Inspirational. If you need a kick start, this is the place.
