What, if anything, made you hesitate to sign up for TAC?
I first stumbled upon this a year ago, and it honestly seemed a bit ambitious for me to go though this since I sat in for some theory workshop in the beginning - But if it had led with say blues 101, it would have felt more accessible for someone just starting out.
Now I feel that I've developed some skill elsewhere, it just feels exciting to have new things to tackle!
And the price aswell made me a bit hesitant... It's a bit on the expensive side short-term, but the lifetime is fantastic if you can afford it. But I've tried other courses, and nothing even seems to compare. Tony seems to actually enjoy this, and it shows. Not a teacher gritting their teeth in boredom while going though the basics.
What did you find once you became a member?
I love it! I'm just starting out, but it's so enjoyable!
And I'm glad I joined, will be going for that lifetime membership once I can afford it because I can probably spend years here just going through classes and refining my playing. Really looking forward to this journey!
What's the thing you love most about TAC?
How simple the layout is. Basically the plug-and-play version of learning guitar.
And the focus on what's essential based on your level,
to be able to start from square one if you're a beginner - And if you have experience, you'll breeze through the start to the more challenging sections.
What type of player do you think it's best for?
Someone who already has a little experience. It's probably great for anyone from 'never-played' to 'master', but I probably wouldn't know to appreciate this so much unless I at least knew a little about playing and what other courses and modes of learning are out there.
