I have been playing guitar for a little over a year before I started TAC. I had a 'regular' practice routine, but didn't feel I was moving forward. After two weeks of following the TAC practice sessions I can see progress each and every day!

I joined a few weeks ago. I have seen more improvement in my playing the last few weeks, than i have in months trying to learn using other methods. TAC is a great program and i look forward to a long acoustic relationship in my life with me as a student and Tony as my teacher. His teaching is fun and it really motivates me to continue daily.

I have had a guitar for over 39 years, played a right handed upside down. That was fine for campfire songs. About 4 years ago I decided that I wanted to get better and to understand the guitar. So I switched to playing left handed, which meant learning the chords all over again. I took some lessons for about 6 months, but what he was teaching didn't fit what I wanted to learn. This is why I decided to try TAC. I am focused on the fretboard instruction now. I know the fretboard but my hand is about a beat behind finding the notes, so I thought I should start from square one. It is helping. It is helping, and I am understanding the fretboard. I think it boils down to the old adage of, "You get what you pay for". There is a lot of free stuff out there, but it's all over the board. TAC is a consistent teaching method and the most efficient way for me to learn

Love the mentality behind TAC. Learning guitar should be by no mean a chore. I've had a lot of fun so far and plan to become a longtime member. A word of advice for the very begginers: TAC might be more suited to players with already a little bit of experience. You can still work your way through it if your just starting but you'll have a bit tougher time. All in all great discovery for me this year.

After two weeks in and, having spent numerous hours with other You-Tube lessons and promises, this program is ALL inclusive, for a beginner( which is what I am ) to the more advanced and sophisticated player! Well done Tony and gang!

So far and all in all, I love the program. Creatively and thoughtfully put together. Once I became familiar with the site navigation, it has been a breeze moving around the site and completing daily practice and lessons. I'm hoping the accumulative effect training works as touted. So far, it appears it will. I'm also a member of the Fretboard Wizard, which like wise, has been a great experience. This to me has been some of the most interesting learning I've done in a long time. I figure, I may never play well, but boy, I'll know how it works. A lot of FUN. Thanks BOYS

I have attempted to learn guitar for many years now. Took private lessons, fiddled around with some on-line stuff but nothing felt right. Found TAC and I thought it felt right. I continued to explore by taking the free course, watching Acoustic Tuesday and didn't find myself losing interest so I jumped in. I am so glad that I did. The daily practice is wonderful and challenging but a small enough nugget to be doable. The community is very supportive and positive. The theory that I had been taught years ago finally makes sense. Looking forward to continuing to progress this year and using my new skills on our Mule Resophonic due in November.

I have been a member for a couple of weeks. I believe TAC is for the beginner, beginner/intermediate player. Tony develops technique orderly and where you might miss something in the video you also have tab to refer to. I like the weekly format of something different daily that is all related for that week. I have started the courses and went through the beginner material fast and now I am trying to build muscle memory for the three finger style playing. My ring finger or the "a" feels left out. I am buying in and making the change. The forums are great to connect people that support each other. Some day I may post a video. I enjoy others videos but I always hate to look at myself. I am hopeful a jam club will develop in my area. The community is great. It's great to sit down with a warm up and a lesson to work on each day without wasting precious time. I find the 10 minutes practice easily turns into one to two hours, but I'm retired. There are no shortcuts to skill development and application of theory, but Tony's approach is very well laid out and worth the effort.
