I cannot recommend DP Converyancing enough, I moved to DP due to issues I had with a previous firm, which meant we had made close to no progress in around 1-1.5 months. Our old firm fell off the lenders panel therefore DP were recommended by our Estate Agents, this was the best decision we could've made and we wish we had made the decision earlier. Debbie was our main case handler and Lorraine was working alongside her. The communication was absolutely spot on, especially compared to our previous experience, where a reponse was typically nearly a week DP was providing updates along every step of the way and Debbie pretty much picked up every time I phoned (even though I was sometime probably annoying). Debbie understood the issues we had previously and was able to adapt and turn things around very quickly for us, we managed to get the keys to our first house within around 3-4 weeks after signing with DP, considering we were still at the beginning stages, we made flying progress!! Anyone who is considering using DP, I would highly advise using them for any purchase, and should we ever need to use converyancing services again, we definitely will look to use DP in the future. Thank you very much for everything, and it was always appreciated.
