Gus took exceptional care of both me and my bike! I’m thrilled to ride it again after the new seat and rear tire installation—it honestly looks even better than new after he completed the complimentary Level 1 service.
I’m so grateful I found this shop after my original location closed not long after I purchased my bike last year. Gus’s generosity and kindness truly stood out—it’s heartwarming to meet such genuinely good people in the world!

My bicycle is my only main transportation. I had an issue with the pedals I had to Uber myself and my bike from Holden Avenue to Deerfield. A gentleman by the name of Gustavo changed my pedals embraced me and said its gonna be all right. I’m going through the toughest time of my life. This literally meant so much to me. Thank you. Felix was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He showed us all the available options for my 10-year-old daughter, including different sizes and colors, and took the time to make sure we made a well-informed decision. Once we chose the model, size, and color, Felix and his team quickly brought out the bike and assembled it while we waited in the shop. He also took the time to install an additional accessory we purchased and helped ensure the bike fit properly inside my SUV. Although Felix’s shop is far from where I live, it was absolutely worth the trip from Miami, and I will definitely be coming back for future business.

I came in with a second hand bike that was having issues that I couldn’t figure out. I was a bit apprehensive since I’m a new cyclist and wasn’t sure if I was the problem . Felix was able to immediately find the issue on the bike and fixed it. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back for any of my cycling needs in the future and would recommend this shop for anyone in the area!
