I called to see if Trek had the bike that I wanted and Felix was able to find the exact bike that I wanted, and he put it on hold for me! Once I arrived, he had it ready out on the floor. Gustavo even allowed me to try it out in the back parking lot! They found me the perfect accessories, and even installed whatever I purchased onto the bike right then and there!
