⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gustavo was amazing! He never pressured us into buying anything. Instead, he took the time to explain what our bikes actually needed, answered all of our questions, and showed us the different bike options so we could make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire visit. Even though he was the only employee in the store, he managed to answer the phone, help other customers, and still gave us plenty of attention. We never felt rushed. We had visited the Trek stores in Winter Garden and Clermont before this and left empty-handed. That just shows how important great customer service is. Gustavo’s professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference, and we ended up purchasing a new Marlin 5 because we felt confident in our decision not because we were pressured.
