Felix (FH3) created a great buying experience for us. It was effortless. He was juggling 2 or 3 guests at a time but didn't seemed rushed or overwhelmed. We didn't feel neglected. He was comfortable in his job and with the people who came into "his" store. He worked it like he owned it. This was his realm. We bought 2 bikes and we were there just to look! Kudos Felix.
