The Trek shop is top notch service and and the staff are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. You feel right at home and that the staff is genuinely there to get you what you need and not sell you something. First time Trek owner but very happy with my first bike and love this shop.

Although I did not purchase my Trek bike from this location 5 years ago, whenever I need servicing, I always come here. These guys are phenomenal! Efficient, knowledgeable, considerate and kind! If I get a flat or something (which has occured a few times because I ride a LOT) I don't fret because the Wicker Park trek team always take care of me. So grateful for you guys!!! You are much appreciated!
