Went in with a bike I had trashed due to poor maintenance. Charlie was extraordinarily helpful, spoke bluntly but respectfully about what I was doing wrong, and helped me pick out a new option. Ended up making a purchase. These people will take care of you, I highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They turned what started out as a hassle into a great experience. Helped me out big time by picking up a relative's bike and case from my house and getting it all packed up, as well as accessories in a separate box and gave me weights and dimensions so I could easily schedule with bikeflights for pickup. Thanks again!
