A part of my bike was stolen and Ethan took tremendous care assisting and replacing the part (which wasn’t easy or straightforward). He also helped fixed a few other small items. He was so thoughtful and generous with his time and expertise. I highly recommend this store and the staff.

Although I did not purchase my Trek bike from this location 5 years ago, whenever I need servicing, I always come here. These guys are phenomenal! Efficient, knowledgeable, considerate and kind! If I get a flat or something (which has occured a few times because I ride a LOT) I don't fret because the Wicker Park trek team always take care of me. So grateful for you guys!!! You are much appreciated!

Man, I was SO sad to be riding from downtown to my parents in Ohare and of course my tired popped with how horrible the streets are here, BUT silver lining: Ethan was the GUY. i walked in and he immediately saw my tire went to work!!!! and fixed another issue with my break. gosh. THANK YOU!!

I brought my bike to Trek Wicker Park because the cap holding the front tire in place came off. They had it back up and running in minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Store is in a great location near the Damen blue line and right off the bike trail, of course!
