Incredibly helpful staff! I came in with only the barest idea of what I wanted in a bike, and they quickly got me on a bike for a test ride. I got to try out multiple bikes, and got a good introduction to everything they showed me. Plus, the bike was much cheaper than I was expecting to pay! Overall very happy with my experience.

Charlie is the man! Knowledgeable dude! I have had three bike purchasing experiences and they all have been different in their own way, but this one, this one was the one! Took my time, didn’t rush and Charlie helped make that happen. It was great. I also threw a tune up on my All-City and Emmett walked me through a couple of things and again knowledgeable and friendly. Will keep coming back. Thanks again guys!

The Trek shop is top notch service and and the staff are warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. You feel right at home and that the staff is genuinely there to get you what you need and not sell you something. First time Trek owner but very happy with my first bike and love this shop.
