Awesome staff! I took my daughter in today to get a bit of help with tuning her bike and Kyle was an incredible help. He fitted her with a helmet and sent her out with a more appropriate bike to learn on. I have a feeling that my kids will be trek kids for a long time because my daughter can't stop talking about how wonderful Kyle was with his help. He even gave her pointers on gaining her balance. The crew here is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

recovering from compound fractures of left tibia and fibula and my surgeons and physical therapy OKed an ebike to rehab the knee n build muscle. Manager Josh at trek Happy Valley set up a mountain bike as a road hybrid and it works great. 5 stars, I even got a deal before the tariffs raised all the prices ! I appreciate how understanding Josh was of my situation and my specific needs, they even delivered the bike ! And the parts needed for my needs were installed for free as I bought them with the bike. Deal all around.

Really great talking with experts, especially as a novice. You guys did excellent work on a bike that was in need of repair and had been in storage for a few years. It was like getting a brand new bike back! Very happy, and it rides perfectly. I will glady return for anything my bike needs in the future.

Great experience. We were upgrading bikes for our 2 kiddos and Kyle, along with us, worked through the precaliber upgrade process. Kyle was patient, kind, and thoughtful. For that, we were exceedingly grateful. We walked out with 2 new bikes, exceptionally happy kiddos, and an experience that only reinforced our positive outlook around the Trek Happy Valley store. We will definitely come back and we will continue referring folks there.

It doesn’t get much better than the customer service Kyle provided to us when we upgraded our kids’ bikes. Even as he had to sort out some order history issues, he was cool, calm, and always friendly. Trek for life!

Great service both customer and mechanical, trustworthy! Variety of store products including the most beautiful bikes in the industry. Willing to help find components if not in stock, for high level cyclists and the beginner, and go out of their way to get you riding, or racing again.
