Great service both customer and mechanical, trustworthy! Variety of store products including the most beautiful bikes in the industry. Willing to help find components if not in stock, for high level cyclists and the beginner, and go out of their way to get you riding, or racing again.

The team at Trek HV was a pleasure to work with! They were able to fit in new cables, bar tape, and level 2 maintenance the day before a 50mi gravel race. I am extremely grateful for their clear communication and attention to detail. I even brought the bike in filthy (shame on me) and it was spotless when I picked it up. Thank you all so much!

This shop has saved my life countless times. I have an e-bike that isn't Trek brand. I've lost count how many times the friendly and fast staff have replaced a flat tire for me. They understand what it is like to be a cyclist in Portland. They suggested added a layer to my tire to help prevent further flats and that change has reduced the number of times I've had to go in for a repair. If you want your precious vehicle (bike) fixed quickly, efficiently and effectively, go here!

Went in late to try to find a replacement tube for my weird foldy bike (not even a trek bike), and the gentleman working (who's name I regret I didn't catch) did everything within their power to help me out. Great customer service - I'll absolutely be back here if there's anything bike-related that I find I need.
