In addition to carrying one of the best bike lines on the planet, your SERVICES are what really set you apart! Jerry went way out of his way to build me a bike that would accommodate all my various skeletal infirmities (I'm 72). But even so, the bike didn't work out for the areas I wanted to ride, and they made returning the bike absolutely painless. I ended up with a different bike at a great price that should be perfect for what I want to do. They've earned my trust, my business, and my friendship.

General Manager Jerry and Service Manager John K in Trek’s Goleta store made an unbelievably great first impression. I had not been in the store since Trek acquired Bicycle Bob’s. I brought in 4 of my family’s bikes for service that had been collecting dust in our garage. I happened to mention that I would be taking them down to my brother’s family who had lost their home and everything in it in the Palisades fire. Not only were they very friendly and super helpful, but they completely comped the service when they found out these were being tuned up for fire victims AND asked if I would be interested in taking down 3 smaller kids bikes they had received on trade-in for donation to any other families who had also lost their house. What an incredible act of kindness!

I highly recommend this shop. As a woman, I felt valued as an athlete, respected as an equal and my questions were fully answered. I was able to test ride and buy a road bike that was perfect for me and my riding goals. James (who assisted me) was so responsive and was careful to stay within my price range and not try to upsell products that I didn’t want. I drove an hour each way to shop at Trek of SB for the first time and I will definitely return in the future. I recommend you do, too!
