Our new Fireplace installation was completed on Friday 12/14/2025 by Burlington Fireplace & Solar. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our Sales Rep, Zach was great. He listened to what we were looking for and assisted us with our design and selection. Never pushy always helpful. The installation crew was phenomenal!! Ricky was extremely detailed and serious about the project. His helper/assistant, Jett, was friendly and super helpful with the project, taking direction from Ricky, and ensuring that things were picked and cleaned up during the project. Ricky made sure that everything went smoothly with the project and always made sure of everything he was doing during the install and always asked for our input and feedback. This company did everything right and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone and would use them again for any future project. Great Job!!!!!

We bought 2 fire place inserts and they installed both in about 4 hours. No fuss no mess! I use the one in our living room every day all day. I love it! I wish I would have had them installed years ago. The installers were great and professional. Thanks Austin, Darryl and Todd for a job well done!

Had recently moved into the area. Knew that while our purchased home was nice, there were noticeable areas of concern throughout our new home. One was the gas fireplace. Easily set up an appointment with Burlington Fireplace. The team did an excellent job cleaning and making minor repairs to the unit. Works great. What I really appreciated, they ably answered any of our questions or concerns and walked us through everything they were doing. Great guys. Look forward to contacting them in the future for regular maintenance.

Huge shoutout to Jeff from Burlington Fireplace. He came out to clean and inspect our wood-burning stove and did an awesome job. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew what he was doing. He even replaced our broken fire bricks while he was here, which was a huge help.

I recently had my gas fireplace serviced for the first time—it’s about 15 years old—and I’m really glad I chose Burlington Fireplace & Solar. I picked them because their reviews were consistent and trustworthy, unlike some other companies I looked at. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated getting email and text reminders without being bombarded by ads.
Talon, the technician, was on time, professional, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. He took the time to understand how our family actually uses the fireplace before starting the service, and he made thoughtful recommendations and adjustments. He cleaned the logs and glass, checked all the settings, and got everything running perfectly.
The fireplace looks great now, and it’s comforting knowing it’s operating safely and correctly. Overall, fantastic service—I’m glad I went with them. Highly recommend.
