Very high quality, professional workmanship on both the inside and outside parts of the installation. They spent time walking me through the startup and ongoing use of the inserts. They contacted me in the morning letting me know when they would arrive and arrived right on time. Were extremely professional and courteous. They took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. Burlington fireplace was a class act from the estimate process all the way to instillation. Justin did a great job cleaning my fireplace while answering my questions. He was patient, professional, and thorough. He also patched up a cracked ceramic panel for me and repaired a damaged ember screen. I would have Burlington Fireplace back the next time I need a cleaning. Two thumbs up!
