Justin and Logan did a complete maintenance check on my condo fireplace .... found my blower was not connected, vacuumed the logs, and and cleaned the glass front to an amazing "sparkle. My building was built in 2006, I moved in in 2020, not sure if fireplace was ever maintained....sure is working and looking GREAT now. Thank you for both for your professionalism and friendly service!!!

Jeff did a gas insert fireplace cleaning for me and got the unit looking great after I neglected it for the past few seasons. The entire window was fogged over prior. The arrival notifications were helpful as well. Scheduling was smooth also, I tried other places for online quotes and Burlington was the only company that responded.

We went with Burlington Fireplace to install a wood insert box in our fire place. Austin, Darryl, and Bob were great at explaining how to operate and best take care of the insert to ensure we get the most efficient burn. The team was professional and efficient with their installation. It was extremely cold and wet outside, but managed to leave no mess after the installation was completed.
Our family is very grateful to the whole Burlington Fireplace team. This is a must have if you have a fireplace in your house, and you will not be disappointed with the customer service and cleanliness of this crew. Thanks again Austin, Darryl, and Bob!
