I recently had my gas fireplace serviced for the first time—it’s about 15 years old—and I’m really glad I chose Burlington Fireplace & Solar. I picked them because their reviews were consistent and trustworthy, unlike some other companies I looked at. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated getting email and text reminders without being bombarded by ads.
Talon, the technician, was on time, professional, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. He took the time to understand how our family actually uses the fireplace before starting the service, and he made thoughtful recommendations and adjustments. He cleaned the logs and glass, checked all the settings, and got everything running perfectly.
The fireplace looks great now, and it’s comforting knowing it’s operating safely and correctly. Overall, fantastic service—I’m glad I went with them. Highly recommend.

Great experience. From scheduling to the day of the cleaning, Burlington Fireplace was professional and timely. Jeff did a great job with our wood burning stove and walked me through pictures of our unit and tips on how to get the maximum utility out of it. We had a positive experience from start to finish. In the store we met Zach and ordered our Jotul gas stove. There was a lot to of good quality to see in the showroom and Zach was very helpful. Installation was handled yesterday by a great crew—Austyn, Darryl and Jeff. Knowledgeable and pleasant. An optional piece of the stove was scratched so they took pictures and arranged for a replacement. We ordered this Jotul to replace an old brand of lesser quality that always had an odor. The new Jotul is sharp looking and performing perfectly! Thank you Burlington Fireplace!
