We are so happy we chose Burlington Fireplace to do this job. The 2 install techs Darryl and Austin were just the best! Burlington Fireplace does business the way you wish every business would!!

Very happy with Burlington Fireplace from the first time I had them install a wood insert and solar panels. They were the company that was willing to put an outside air inlet for the fireplace when others were unwilling as (oh my!) it’s extra work. Every time I’ve called for service they are courteous and clean. Shout out to Justin who swept our chimney today and found a crack that needed repair. He was willing to go the extra mile and his company gave him the tools to do it

We just had our annual cleaning of our gas stove. Our technician Justin is excellent. Polite, courteous and not only did he clean the stove, but he checked the work done last year on the pipe surround on the roof. Very happy with the service as always!

Jeff and Nolan completed a gas fireplace cleaning that I had booked during the summer special Burlington had offered. Jeff called ahead of their arrival time (which was appreciated) and they arrived timely and completed the cleaning and provided comments on the steps they had done.

Jeff, the technician from Burlington Fireplace and Solar that came out to clean my gas fireplace, was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in ways that I could understand. We’ve had our fireplace for awhile now but he helped me understand things about it even better now. I would definitely recommend Burlington Fireplace and Solar to anyone asking where to get a new fireplace. Everyone that we have ever worked with from there has been great, but I think Jeff was by far the friendliest.
