Flame in gas fireplace would not stay lit. Technician Justin identified the problem very quickly and replaced the faulty electrical switch. He then thoroughly cleaned our fireplace and even spray painted the interior to brighten up the faded walls. Fireplace looks like new. Very careful and professional.Great job.We highly recommend him.

Had a new gas insert installed after the old fireplace started to fail. Everything from the first service call to going in picking out the one we liked best, to installation was very easy. Even got installed a few weeks earlier than expected. Got it done before Christmas, which was nice. Burlington fireplace just came out to fix our fireplace. Mike the technician that came out was fantastic. He explained what was wrong with our fireplace and had all the parts available to fix it on the spot.
He also cleaned it and made it look like it was brand new. Very happy with the service quality of the work and the price.
The person who helped book the appointment was also very friendly, unfortunately, I do not remember her name.
I would highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about our experience. John helped us pick out our dream fireplace for our new home. They worked with us to find the contractor to replace and reline our chimney. That contractor and the installation team did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results. Currently 30 degrees outside, 72 degrees inside and the furnace hasn't run all day!

Everything from start to finish was great! We chose a new look for our gas fireplace and Jeff came to install it. He was great! The manufacturer had not sent enough fixtures for the install and he made sure to get more of them ordered and got us back on the schedule to get it taken care of. Last Thursday, Ricky S. and Darryl from Burlington Fireplace and Solar installed a 30” Rasmussen gas log set with a 230,000 BTU burner for my double-sided fireplace, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional.
Ricky and Darryl arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept me informed throughout the installation process. They clearly have extensive experience with these types of setups and went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed correctly and safely. They also took the time to explain the operation of the log set and provided maintenance tips to keep it running efficiently.
The result is absolutely stunning. The flames look incredibly realistic, and the double-sided setup brings warmth and ambiance to both rooms. It’s already become the centerpiece of my home.
If you’re considering any fireplace work, I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace and Solar, and especially Ricky S. and Darryl. Their skill and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Thank you for transforming my fireplace into something truly special!
