Justin and Talon arrived right on time to do the annual maintenance on my free-standing gas stove/fireplace, yesterday. As always, they did a very thorough job, and as always, asked about any concerns, etc. Not only is it a pleasure to have them here, but what a great way to go into the winter knowing my fireplace will once again keep my home cozy and warm.

Mike called me 10 minutes before arriving. He came into the house equipped with tools and floor covering. Cleaned out chimney and showed me pictures of the debris cleaned out.
Mike also cleaned the glass on the door of our fire box. That glass has never been so clean as it is right now (believe me, we tried!)
We will be calling Burlington fireplace next year to have our Chimney cleaned again!

Burlington Fireplace was absolutely wonderful to work with. They took time with us to walk through their showroom and give us all the information we needed to make decisions. Mason & crew were very kind and respectful while working in our house, and the work they did was amazing. Mason was very helpful in showing us how to use our new wood burning insert.
