The whole process from start to finish was simple. Justin showed up as scheduled. Communicated with us when he was on his way. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a smile. We can't believe the difference in our fireplace. He cleaned the window and even touched up the paint to make it look brand new. This only being our 2nd winter, we feel completely comfident using either fireplace. We highly recommend Burlington Fireplace.

Wednesday this week Justin of Burlington Fireplace & Solar made a service repair to our gas fireplace. The key gas valve was leaking and Justin did a fabulous job replacing it with a new pilot lite style valve/ignitor. He also put some glowing embers under the lower log and it made the fake logset pop. If you think you need fireplace work done I HIGHLY RECCOMEND BF&S! THANK YOU.

Brent and Darrell were very meticulous in their installation were clean and professional, and even at the end when I noticed a blemish, they spent extra time making sure everything was just right. Even during the bidding process, we had compared several other companies and only Burlington fireplace was able to custom fit the fireplace insert to our 1966 fireplace opening. They’re the best!
