The other positive reviews here are accurate. We can't say enough about the exceptional work by Burlington Fireplace and Solar, from first contact at the showroom to completed project. We went from a blank wall to masonry gas fireplace that's a work of art. Customer service is exceptional at every step and transparent all along the way to completion. Craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail on the build out. And they keep everything exceptionally clean from start to finish. Staff is helpful, courteous and customer focused. It appears everyone loves their work and what they do. The genuinely care.We waited decades to do this project and the Burlington staff made a dream come true. Happy with product, service and results!

Once again Burlington Fireplace did not disappoint! We are so very happy with our wood burning stove. From initial contact, sale, install and service this is an excellent business with a super staff. Today we had our first annual cleaning. Justin was the tech. He called and let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. He was friendly and efficient and also took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why and what his findings were during the wood burner cleaning. We will absolutely request him for our annual cleanings. I hope Burlington Fireplace knows what an asset he is to their work group. I’m betting they already know! Thanks again!

Our Craftsbury wood stove was installed December 2024. Today was our end of season chimney sweep. Our appt was confirmed and Justin arrived on time. He answered questions, made some adjustments and completely cleaned everything. He showed us pictures of before and after and discussed ways of adjusting future burns. Justin was very professional and friendly. So glad we chose Burlington Fireplace as their staff and customer service have been exceptional!
