We had an excellent experience with Burlington on install of our replacement fireplace insert. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Ben and Matt were the primary installers, with support of Tim, Jeff, and Bob. They were skilled and great guys to have in our house for 3 days. Burlington’s quote was detailed and accurate, and cost cheaper than other quotes we got. A home run for us. Work site kept clean in spite inclement weather two of 3 days.

The guys did a great job! The only thing we didn't like was paying an added $50 for the extra 15 minutes they spent stalling while whispering with each other & on their phones (obviously to get the extra 15 minutes of billing).

Other place took 2 hours, didn't figure out the problem, and suggested an expensive repair (and left my gas valve wide open to boot).
Burlington Fireplace took 1 hour, diagnosed the issue from a verbal description, took care of it same day, also cleaned and replaced embers, recalibrated flame, and left it working perfect!
