Jeff serviced my gas fireplace Tuesday May 13. I thought the remote control had died. He checked it and checked out the FP. Jeff found that the Arch IPI Gas Valve was not functioning correctly. He clearly explained the problem and replaced the Arch IPI Gas Valve. He then cleaned and serviced the FP and tested it to confirm that it operated correctly.
While the Gas Valve replacement was not inexpensive, it is worth it.
Jeff is a good communicator and possesses very good customer skills.
Overall, very satisfied. 5 stars.
