We highly recommend Burlington Fireplace. We’ve had two representatives come to our home. The first was a visit to assess the problem and give us options. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out that our biggest problem was ourselves- user error ♀️! Our second visit was for an inspection and sweep. Jeff was also on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information about our fireplace, how to care for it properly and useful tips about wood types. I thought the actual sweeping would cause a mess but it was quick and clean. We will have them back next year. Thank you!

I called this company due to their outstanding star rating and the fact that their website said they were experienced in my model fireplace. I called only because the flame in my fireplace was very small and could not be adjusted, so I assumed it needed cleaning. Long story short, the tech broke a tube trying to take it off (which they admitted to) and caused a gas leak. Burlington came out a couple times and said they could not fix it and the model of fireplace was not made anymore so they could not get a replacement part. My only choice was to replace the whole unit for over 10K. I asked for my money back due to them being responsible for braking my unit and causing a gas leak, but I was told there would be no refund as it was a "risk" that comes with service. Really? So they are basically saying, if you take your car in for an oil change, and they accidently put antifreeze in instead of oil and ruin your engine and you need a new one, it's your problem. I do not recommend this company. They do not stand by their work. PS, reason for this review is, I just hired a reputable insured company that WAS able to fix the leak and my fireplace works beautifully!!

Dakotah & Justin did a fantastic job servicing our two fireplaces. They were able to install remotes for both units so now all we have to do is press a button! They were very knowledgeable and polite.

Jeff and Dakotah were very friendly and explained what was happening with our fireplace and replaced our pilot light. They had the necessary parts and were able to install it in the one visit, with our annual cleaning. I would highly recommend Burlington Fireplace.

Jeff was able to tackle what appeared to be a simple issue on the surface but turned into a complex issue on our 20 yr old gas stove. He also discovered a gas leak and sealed it up! Parts were secured using the team resources and he had our beloved gas stove back in action on his 2nd return visit with the obscure part. Jeff was timely, communicated well, was tidy, and friendly. We’ve used Burlington Fireplace and Solar to maintain our gas stove for /-10 yrs and have always been pleased with their service.

They were quick to assess the issue, make a recommendation that was logical and reasonable, and provided a timeline that made sense.
