Justin and Mike were our techicians. Their task was to update the method of starting our gas fire place, replacing logs and grate, replacing vent and galvanized metal work on chimney. They are truly craftsmen in their profession. Ran into insulation problem in chimney, not up to code. Justin navigated his way in the attic which has a cathedral ceiling to the location. Saved us money.

Jeff did a stellar job. He came for a routine check and the pilot wouldn't stay lit, only to be presented with a greater problem. Jeff was diligent to troubleshoot and find the solution, even if it took some research. He took his time to be sure everything was running perfectly. He cleaned the unit and behind his work. We have a gas fireplace that was installed 18 years ago (we've lived here 4 years). When we last needed it, it malfunctioned. I found Burlington Fireplace and made the appointment. He arrived on time and began to work. Unfortunately, he couldn't duplicate the problem we previously had but made sure it was working before he left. I'd recommend them for any work you might need.
