We had Burlington Fireplace out to replace our cap on the fireplace. Mike and Daryl were great. From making the estimate, scheduling and day of installation was a smooth process. Mike called when he was on his way. He arrived on time and they did excellent work. He was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend. Will be calling the back to eventually put in a gas insert into our wood fireplace.

We highly recommend Burlington Fireplace. We’ve had two representatives come to our home. The first was a visit to assess the problem and give us options. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out that our biggest problem was ourselves- user error ♀️! Our second visit was for an inspection and sweep. Jeff was also on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information about our fireplace, how to care for it properly and useful tips about wood types. I thought the actual sweeping would cause a mess but it was quick and clean. We will have them back next year. Thank you!
