Great service! First, they were able to schedule my service request to fit my schedule, so no inconvenience on my part. On the day of the service, Chris was able to come a bit early and called to see if it I was agreeable to that, which I was, but I appreciate that he called rather than just showing up early. Chris had to troubleshoot the problem that was preventing my gas fireplace to ignite. He kept me fully informed with each step he took before moving forward, and he was able to find and solve the problem. I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace & Solar!

Burlington Fireplace & Solar installed and maintains my fireplace/furnace. The high performance stove/insert burns hot and clean with less than one pound/ year of chimney sweeping detritus.
The heat produced along with the incredible efficiency is beyond compare. The most important part of Burlington Fireplace’s design and service is safety.
I burn about two full cords/year of kiln-dried oak.
Heat is really important. Safety and lack of fear is too. And, by-the-way, when Burlington Fireplace comes to inspect, clean, and maintain the fireplace and chimney, their service representatives, like Jeff, be assured, they are tidy and generous in explaining what they do.
