We love our new gas insert fireplace from Burlington Fireplace and Solar!!! We were able to customize the style of logs, glass, and backing. The remote is easy to use. Tim and Todd did a fantastic job on install day. They covered my floors from the front door to the fireplace, covered my furniture when they needed to cut back some of the tile surround and cleaned up everywhere they worked. They were both polite and very knowledgeable. It was a joy having them in my home to do the work I needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today I had an insert installed. They were on time did a great job cleaned up so everything was neat and clean. They took pride in their job and made sure I understood the operation of the remote.

We went with Burlington Fireplace & Solar to have a fireplace installed in our basement and we are so happy with the whole process and end product. From the moment we walked in the showroom, we were greeted by friendly staff that was willing to talk us through the process and what our options were. The owner came to our house and was very passionate and provided great insights to our project. Once we decided on the fireplace we were going to have installed, the staff kept us updated on the project throughout the process. Mason, Dylan, and Austyn came out to do the install and the communication, professionalism, friendliness from them went way beyond any expectations or company I have ever dealt with. I especially appreciate their willingness to answer all my questions/inquiries! ...There is a reason this company has great reviews, from top/down, they are all amazing and really care about their craft and the customer. The attached photo does their work an injustice, note they only did the fireplace and mantel, the rest unfortunately is my project to finish! LOL

We were slotted into February for our gas fireplace not working...Justin called stating they had a cancelation and could fit us in today. They arrived at the time they said they would be here. Justin and Logan were very professional and very knowledgeable. They were very prompt and had the part needed on hand. We even had great conversation while they worked. Very high quality, professional workmanship on both the inside and outside parts of the installation. They spent time walking me through the startup and ongoing use of the inserts.
