Brent and Ben came out a month earlier than expected and installed our new fireplace insert. Very professional and their experience showed. They removed the old unit and got us up and running in a few hours. Answered all our questions and did a great job.
Mike came out to look at our fireplace, explained options to make repairs/replacement and reviewed the whole system. Very professional he did a thorough review and did a great job. We decided to go with a high efficiency new insert and current technology.

Summer
We love Burlington Fireplace & Solar! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. We just had our summer cleaning done by Mike. (Thank- You) We would recommend them highly. We had a bad experience with The Fire Place Ltd on Silver Spring Road, they told us that we could not fit a gas fireplace into our original wood buring unit. Lucky I had mentioned it to my cousin and he told me about Burlington Fireplace. He said that they would be able to do it and sure enough the owner came out and checked, well it's been 5 years or more and my husband and I have been enjoying our fireplace thanks to Burlington Fireplace & Solar! Love you guys!

Great customer Service. Cleans our free standing stove beautifully. Burlington Fireplace has been serving us for 3-4 years and we are always more than satisfied. Not to mention their great prices! Justin is always respectful. As most contractors just walk in your home with their dirty work boots/shoes on without any regard for the customer's home, but not Justin he removes his footwear without being asked!! Justin does a great job and is very personable too! Will continue to have Burlington Fireplace service our fireplace without hesitation.

Amazing service! We live 45 minutes away from their home base in Burlington. I was able to get an appointment in about 3 weeks time instead of 8 weeks with competitors all via email. Mike our service tech, called to give me an approximate arrival time, and was finished in about an hour. He was very patient with our 2 year old grandson who was with us for the day. Mike was very honest, when my husband asked some questions regarding our fire box. I will for sure be making future appointments with this company.
