Tim and Justyn did a great job installing our new gas fireplace insert. Tim suggested that the opening would be able to fit a larger insert than we planned. We decided to go with it (even though it was an additional cost) and we are very glad we did - it looks so much better than the smaller one would have in the space!

Justin found the problem quickly and took care of it plus clean out the box and suggested painting it for a brand new look, added new embers and adjusted logs and flame. Looks and works great.

We were having an issue with our gas log lighter. I first called a company closer to home but they barely listened and told me to find a plumber. That seemed wrong to me so I reached out to Burlington Fireplace. The person I spoke to let me explain my issue, assured me it was something they could deal with and explained their pricing. Although I had to wait 2 weeks for the service call, their technician called prior to arrival, was here on time and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing and took care to keep the surrounding area clean. He fully resolved the issue and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the first phone call to the payment of invoice, everything was smooth and easy. I can’t recommend this company high enough.

Talk about a fast, efficient,well mannered installers Austin & Darryl from the moment they got to our house and introduced themselves to us and while installing and cleaning up they were the best installers we have had at our house ( very polite ) . We will definitely ask for them if any work needs to be done, thanks so much we had a see through wood fire place from kitchen to living room, they installed an electric fireplace in kitchen and a lopi wood insert in living room.

Great service! In January 2026, Technician Justin came to fix our gas fireplace. He cleaned the pilot, glass, got the remote working and explained everything for us to understand. He kept a clean work area and was very respectful. The experience was great so I had him look at a second Fireplace and we ended up replacing the remote control. He was quick and efficient. We plan to have him back again, should we have any further issues in the future.

Burlington Fireplace is an amazing service provider. I have used them for 2 years at my condo which has 2 electric fireplaces. They do all the condos in our Association and are super experienced, very reasonable, friendly, reliable and great to work with.
My technician, Jeff, was instantly able to problem solve and helped install a new remote to my primary fireplace. He also cleaned the unit and spent time showing me important components and instructions/tips for using.
