This was our first gas cleaning & tune up. Chris did a nice job. He let us know ahead of time when he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He took great care with our carpet and our home not to bring dirt in or leave dirt behind. Burlington offered a nice summer cleaning special that everyone should take advantage of.

Time to tune up the fireplaces! Scheduling was simple, price is great. Justin did a great job again, cleaning up and making sure both fireplaces are ready for winter. Just had annual cleaning of fireplace insert done by Chris this morning. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly as scheduled and did a thorough cleaning and inspection of insert. He was extremely tolerant of my Lab and cat being his apprentices! I have this cleaned annually during the Summer Special so it's a better price and unit is ready to go when it cools off outside. Highly recommend Burlington Fireplace to purchase from, and have maintenance done. Chris was fantastic!
