Our Fireplace insert is beautiful! Austyn and Darryl were great, very friendly, did a efficient job and answered all our questions thoroughly. Wind was coming thru our fireplace into our condo and we weren’t able to keep our place warm. Jeff and Dakota came out and replaced insulation for a short term fix and offered great options for a permanent resolution. They were professional, knowledgeable and nice guys! We are going to work with them on putting in an insert for a long term solution and to make our place warm and cozy in the winter!

Burlington Fireplace exceeded our expectations from our first visit all the way to the installation of two fireplaces. Mike was very informative and did a follow-up call to make sure all was good. The installation date was bumped up a couple weeks sooner!
Austyn, Darryl, Justyn, Dylan and Mason showed up at 8:00am and were finished with both installations by noon, you guys rock!

Justin from Burlington Fireplace did an awesome job in removing my 11 year old fireplace Heat N Glo Paloma. I believe he went above what was expected. I just wish that the enginers would make these fireplaces to last longer, especially for the price!

They were punctual, professional and used so much care in taking the time to protect floors, carpets and all surfaces and they installed and cleaned up in a very timely fashion.
