Once again Burlington Fireplace did not disappoint! We are so very happy with our wood burning stove. From initial contact, sale, install and service this is an excellent business with a super staff. Today we had our first annual cleaning. Justin was the tech. He called and let us know when he would arrive and was right on time. He was friendly and efficient and also took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why and what his findings were during the wood burner cleaning. We will absolutely request him for our annual cleanings. I hope Burlington Fireplace knows what an asset he is to their work group. I’m betting they already know! Thanks again!

Our Craftsbury wood stove was installed December 2024. Today was our end of season chimney sweep. Our appt was confirmed and Justin arrived on time. He answered questions, made some adjustments and completely cleaned everything. He showed us pictures of before and after and discussed ways of adjusting future burns. Justin was very professional and friendly. So glad we chose Burlington Fireplace as their staff and customer service have been exceptional!

Jeff serviced my gas fireplace Tuesday May 13. I thought the remote control had died. He checked it and checked out the FP. Jeff found that the Arch IPI Gas Valve was not functioning correctly. He clearly explained the problem and replaced the Arch IPI Gas Valve. He then cleaned and serviced the FP and tested it to confirm that it operated correctly.
While the Gas Valve replacement was not inexpensive, it is worth it.
Jeff is a good communicator and possesses very good customer skills.
Overall, very satisfied. 5 stars.

I had a fireplace glass door and gas logs installed at my home. It turned out beautiful. The salesman Zach and installer Jake did a superb job. They accommodated my schedule. They were polite and knowledgeable and knowledgeable cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace!

I recently had Mike from Burlington Fireplace and Solar replace the burner kit and logs in my fireplace. He did an excellent job! It looks and works great. I would highly recommend Burlington Fireplace and Solar.
