Jeff did a stellar job. He came for a routine check and the pilot wouldn't stay lit, only to be presented with a greater problem. Jeff was diligent to troubleshoot and find the solution, even if it took some research. He took his time to be sure everything was running perfectly. He cleaned the unit and behind his work. Hw called to offer to arrive early which we took advantage of. As a bonus, Jeff was friendly and personable. Great job Jeff! We appreciate you!

We have a gas fireplace that was installed 18 years ago (we've lived here 4 years). When we last needed it, it malfunctioned. I found Burlington Fireplace and made the appointment. He arrived on time and began to work. Unfortunately, he couldn't duplicate the problem we previously had but made sure it was working before he left. I'd recommend them for any work you might need.

Great service! First, they were able to schedule my service request to fit my schedule, so no inconvenience on my part. On the day of the service, Chris was able to come a bit early and called to see if it I was agreeable to that, which I was, but I appreciate that he called rather than just showing up early. Chris had to troubleshoot the problem that was preventing my gas fireplace to ignite. He kept me fully informed with each step he took before moving forward, and he was able to find and solve the problem. I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace & Solar!
