Highly recommend Burlington Fireplace and Solar for wood burning insert sale and install. From the moment I visited the well stocked showroom through the home consultation and final install where Brent, Ben and Todd were extremely efficient snd professional , every step of the process was a great experience. Last night I sat in front of my new Lopi Large Flush wood burning insert and enjoyed the gorgeous fire - I have to remark on the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of this stove insert - so well engineered - the blower fan particularly surprised me on how quiet and effective it is at throwing out the heat even at low settings .

Jeff was great! We had our gas fireplace cleaned and inspected for the first time since we moved in. Jeff explained the process of what he was checking on and did a great job cleaning the unit. Looks brand new! I will definitely be using him and Burlington Fireplace again for our next cleaning!

2nd time using Burlington Fireplace. First install was for a wood insert in basement rec- room, around 7 years ago, and today a gas insert in living room. Both installs were great. The gas insert is a Kozy Heat Nordic 29 with oak logs. Very professional installation, and clean up. Took about 7 hours total for old removal, new gas and electric lines, and insert. Both Tim and Todd did a great installation, and went over operation of unit. It sure is nice to push a button on the remote, and have instant heat!!

Had a great experience (again) with Burlington Fireplace. The first time when they installed our gas fireplace and now. After several years our fireplace would start but the flame would not come on high. Jeff came and found the issue. A tiny bug that had plugged the gas inlet. He was such a nice guy and no nonsense. He got it fixed and let me watch!! Thanks Burlington and thanks Jeff.

Flame in gas fireplace would not stay lit. Technician Justin identified the problem very quickly and replaced the faulty electrical switch. He then thoroughly cleaned our fireplace and even spray painted the interior to brighten up the faded walls. Fireplace looks like new. Very careful and professional.Great job.We highly recommend him.

Even got installed a few weeks earlier than expected. Got it done before Christmas, which was nice.
