We recently (this week as a matter of fact) had our original fireplace insert and surround redone with one of your insert products.
We want to say how pleased we are are with the new unit, new stone surround and the limestone hearth.
It's absolutely beautiful.
From the first visit to your showroom until the last step was finished, we were treated with kind people.
We would truly like to say "thank you" to Mason and Dylan, the installers. You could tell they take extreme pride in their jobs. They were meticulous in each step they did and it shows in our finished Fireplace.
They answered all our questions and were patient when we may have asked again. They went above and beyond.
Thank you again Burlington Fireplace, we would highly recommend your company to others.

My experiences with Burlington Fireplace has aways been good and that continued with there most recent visit when Justin came and did a maintenance and check up of our gas fireplace! Covered his shoes and put down a covering in front of the fireplace to protect our rug. He also made friends with our dog who can sometimes be a pain in the butt because he thinks everyone comes to just see and pet him!

Here’s two reviews in one - an update from our recent annual service, and my original review from installation. Both easily earn 5 stars!
For our annual fireplace check, communication was great, and Burlington was flexible when we had to reschedule. Chris kept us updated on arrival time, was very courteous and thorough making sure everything was ready for winter.
Here’s my original review, which still holds true:
From the first contact to right now while I’m sitting in front of our beautiful gas fireplace, Burlington Fireplace has been absolutely excellent. Zach walked us through all the many options and what we ended up with is perfect. The crew of Paul/Todd/Dylan handled obstacles in installing a new unit into a nearly 100-year-old home (with a super-tall chimney) with ease, and didn’t leave a trace - it just seems like it was always here! When there was a slight glitch with the remote when we first used the fireplace, Zach again was able to help us remedy it immediately. Pictures don’t do it justice, our Kozy Heat fireplace is stunning and so effective. We are so happy we chose Burlington!
