He did an excellent cleaning both fireplaces and re-setting the logs and other adornments. After he was done he asked to have a look to make sure I was satisfied - everything looked great. I’ll definitely be using Burlington Fireplace next year for my annual cleaning.

Installed a gas insert for us and did so in a timely manner and at a great price. They also tackled the electrical which was important since some places did not, and we all know that it costs exponentially more when those odd jobs are contracted out to other parties. All in all we were very pleased and will use them again.

Justin, the technician was very nice, knowledgeable and respected both myself and my home. He asked questions as needed of me to complete the installation properly and also how I wanted it done to work with the other pieces of the gas fireplace burner and log set.
