Justin Called during the promised time period to let me know that he was going to be here very soon.
He showed-up as promised a few minutes after that. He was very friendly and he proceeded to the fire place and began working on cleaning the interior. I asked if he could help out with an air leak that is very noticeable on cold days. He then placed some fireproof insulation along the front of the unit. This was after he showed me where he saw going to add the additional insulation material. He continued with the interior cleanup and quickly finished up with the service duties. Removing dust buildup, the cleaning up front the glass plan and it’s replacement. We said or goodbyes and I look forward in seeing him next fall.

Justin just completed our request to clean up the gas fireplace for the upcoming "FALL/WINTER" Season. He arrived on time and proceeded to cleanup the Gas fireplace. He is always friendly and does very good work. We are now all set for the "cold" upcoming weather. Service rating. was A-1 Again!

Justin called to share he would be at my house in 15 minutes. Arrived with all his tools, was respectful, courtesy, knowledgeable of the product, explained how to re-light the pilot light, changed batteries in the remote and in the unit battery pack. He set to task, and was done in an efficient time. He asked if I had any other questions before he left. He exhibited excellent customer service and I appreciate that from service techs.
