We recently had our chimney cleaned and inspected by Burlington Fireplace and Solar, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Mike, in particular, was fantastic—he was patient, concise, and took the time to explain every detail of the inspection process. I really appreciated how he walked us through proper maintenance tips to keep our chimney in great shape.
What stood out even more was their ability to service our chimney, even though it wasn’t equipment they had sold or warrantied. That level of professionalism and care is hard to come by these days. The communication was fantastic from start to finish, and I’d highly recommend their services to anyone in need of chimney or fireplace care.

I have been a loyal customer of Burlington Fireplace since they installed the replacement fireplace in my sunroom addition several years ago. It is the primary source of heat in the addition and has needed several repairs over the past years. I have always relied on Burlington Fireplace for the repairs and the annual fall tuneup. The technicians have always been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am hoping that my latest technician, Justin, will continue to work for Burlington Fireplace because he’s the best and I will continue to request him for future work.

Good work. Was surprised the bottom area where the fan blower is located is not included in the cleaning. Why? For the short time the cleaning took and the amount paid you would expect the entire unit would be included.

Justin and Mike are extremely proficiant and friendly at their jobs, as they were here for the annual cleaning of our chimney and wood stove we purched from Burlington Fireplace & Solar. This was also Justin's second time at our home, as he assisted on installing our wood stove last year.
They are knowledgeable and ready to give advice whenever asked.
