Jeff came out to do a fireplace cleaning and inspection. He was timely, he communicated with us when he was on his way, and he took his shoes off when he came into our house which we appreciated. The fireplace needed cleaning and we could tell a noticeable difference after.

Justin tuned up and cleaned our gas fireplace today and he installed the new batteries that I provided too. The unit looks great and it performs really well. The gas fireplace provides warmth in an open floor plan with lots of windows. Justin provides great service and it’s good catching up with him because he’s so personable.
