Scheduled a Gas Fireplace Maintenance visit. Chris gave me a call that morning to let me know of his arrival time. When Chris arrived he quickly started on the Fireplace Maintenance. Once the exterior glass panel was removed he cleaned and vacuumed all of the logs as well as the lower control area. He finished up by thoroughly cleaning the glass panel, replacing it and then testing operation of the gas fireplace. I also had numerous questions for him and he took his time to answer them all. Very pleased with the outcome of my maintenance visit
