From start to finish this has been a great experience! Our sales person was very nice. The only draw back was the 2-1/2 month wait for the install. Our installer's Austyn & Darryl were absolutely fantastic! They were very respectful, knowledgeable & personable. They walked through all the control settings, taking the door off for cleaning & answered all other questions I had. They were very clean, I had absolutely no mess after they left. We are enjoying the warmth & our new fireplace!!

Working with Burlington Fireplace was the best- couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish! Zach was so friendly and helpful in helping us pick products and materials and designing a fireplace that based on our input and ideas. He was communicative and helpful throughout the entire project. Ben, Matt, and Bob were an absolute dream team building the fireplace! Ben communicated with us at the start and end of each day and throughout the day as needed. The team was timely each day and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Ben, Matt, and Bob were friendly, respectful and consistently sought feedback throughout to make sure their work was meeting our expectations. This is, by far, the best experience we've had working with contractors to complete a project in any of our homes. I would recommend Burlington Fireplace to anyone and everyone!

Talon arrived on a bitter cold day. He was friendly and professional. He got the pilot light working again and cleaned everything. He replaced the remote system, which was where the problem was. He took the time to explain the differences in the new remote system compared to my previous 25 year old one. I was very pleased with Talon and Burlington Fireplace's service.

I was very pleased with the work that was done for me from Burlington fireplace and solar. Justin and Talon were right on time, they removed their shoes when they came in the door and put down a drop cloth in their work area. They diagnosed the problem, offered me options, and did the repair work as they were here. They also showed me a few things to answer a couple questions I had and if I need further work in the future, I will contact them first.

I have had Burlington Fireplace out twice in the past for a general cleaning of my gas’s fireplace. Today, Jeff and Talon were here, cleaned the fireplace and replaced the ignition switch. They were great! Polite, clean, professional, and did great work and explained everything to me. The price was right too. I had to wait a little over a month for the appointment but they were worth the wait. I highly recommend this company!
