Justin and Logan did a complete maintenance check on my condo fireplace .... found my blower was not connected, vacuumed the logs, and and cleaned the glass front to an amazing "sparkle. My building was built in 2006, I moved in in 2020, not sure if fireplace was ever maintained....sure is working and looking GREAT now. Jeff did a gas insert fireplace cleaning for me and got the unit looking great after I neglected it for the past few seasons. The entire window was fogged over prior. The arrival notifications were helpful as well. Scheduling was smooth also, I tried other places for online quotes and Burlington was the only company that responded.

Jeff (the technician) called to inform he was on his way and ETA. Upon entering our home, he took off his shoes and was very friendly to our needy cats. Jeff had to figure out what was wrong with the gas fireplace. Once Jeff found the ptoblem, he explained the problem, outlining the necessary repairs, and provided the cost upfront. He was very careful not to scratch the frame & casing surroundjng the gas insert. Jeff is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
Everyone, including the cats, are happy the fireplace works again!

We went with Burlington Fireplace to install a wood insert box in our fire place. Austin, Darryl, and Bob were great at explaining how to operate and best take care of the insert to ensure we get the most efficient burn. The team was professional and efficient with their installation. It was extremely cold and wet outside, but managed to leave no mess after the installation was completed.
Our family is very grateful to the whole Burlington Fireplace team. This is a must have if you have a fireplace in your house, and you will not be disappointed with the customer service and cleanliness of this crew. Thanks again Austin, Darryl, and Bob!
