Just had annual cleaning of fireplace insert done by Chris this morning. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly as scheduled and did a thorough cleaning and inspection of insert. He was extremely tolerant of my Lab and cat being his apprentices! I have this cleaned annually during the Summer Special so it's a better price and unit is ready to go when it cools off outside. Highly recommend Burlington Fireplace to purchase from, and have maintenance done. Chris was fantastic!

On Friday, August 2nd, two technicians, Justin Wallen and Jeff (did not catch the last name) from Burlington Fireplace attend to my two gas fireplaces. Both were cordial, polite, and efficiently provided the necessary maintenance, and reviewed the capabilities and features of the fireplace with me and my wife. EXCELLENT personalities and good use of their time. I would highly recommend Burlington Fireplace and the quality of their work.

There are not a lot of choices in my area for fireplace service but who needs more when you have the best! A couple of years ago, I transitioned from a wood fireplace to a gas fireplace. I am glad to have made the change. Much cleaner and still the warmth from fire on a cold day or evening. I received my reminder coupon in the mail to get a "check up" for my fireplace, saving me a good amount of money. My fireplace did not have anything wrong with it and no issues were found (likely because it was installed correctly the first time.... but things can happen) and I was left with good piece of mind that my fireplace is in top working order. Justin and Jeff arrived within the window provided to me, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They did not waste time. They lay a tarp to protect the flooring in the house and when they were done, allowed my dog to come and meet them as they were strangers in "her" house. All is good and I have recommended Burlington Fireplace to people I know in the past...and will continue to do so going forward. Thank you for a good job with installation, service, and great customer service.

Ben and Chad put our wood burning fireplace in. They did an amazing job. We ran into an issue with placement of it, and they gave us our options and also their recommendation. They were spot on! It looks even better than the original design. They were very friendly and polite the whole time they were here. They laid tarps or cardboard down to protect the floors. At the end of each day they cleaned everything up. They even swept and vacuumed. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful custom install of a fireplace!

When my wife and I decided to convert our natural wood burning fireplace to natural gas we visited the showroom at Burlington Fireplace and were quite impressed with the variety of fireplaces to choose from. From the staff at the showroom all the way through the process of the installation, we were very impressed with the professional attitude of all of the workers. The installers, Ricky and Luke, who did the actual installation were excellent to work with and explained all of the steps that needed to be taken to complete the conversion. The electricians from Diamond Electric were also wonderful to deal with and did an outstanding job. Communication was never a problem and were received notification several days before and the day of the installation as to their arrival. Bottom line: We would highly recommend Burlington Fireplace.

Had our fireplace updated by Burlington Fireplace and Solar. The first picture is the outdated gas fireplace. We replaced it with a Cozy Heat Nordic 34 gas insert and built in stones to update our living room space. Burlington Fireplace was very knowledgeable about what we needed and took time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Installation was a 2 day process, which we were able to view it as our vision came a reality. The installers ensured the area was kept clean from debris and cleaned up after each day. We haven't used our fireplace much yet, as it is still summer, but we are looking forward to football games and keeping us warm with it's glow and warmth this winter. Thanks Rich and team for great service.
