Great service! They communicated with us very well all the way through, were clean, and finished the job that day. We had an issue a few days later, sent them a msg that evening, and they had someone at our door by 8:30 the next morning.
We had a different local company look at our chimney a while back, and we asked for an estimate, but they blew us off, never even called back. Burlington wanted our business, and were very responsive and professional. We visited the showroom, chose what we wanted, and they made it happen. We highly recommend them!

Fireplace cleaning is always very professional. I dunno if there's been a change there by (3?) years ago I contacted them about a repacement blower/motor for my Jotul. They said "no dice". Well, I re-enquired, and it should be on it's way now!

My husband and I are totally thrilled with our new fireplace. Paul and Justin did an excellent job with the installation. They went out of their way to find siding to match ours so we wouldn't have a metal plate showing on the outside of our house. We can't say enough about their workmanship and customer focus. They made sure we were extremely satisfied with how the stone was placed around the mantel and cleaned up once the job was complete. We've had disappointing experiences recently with other contractors so this has renewed our faith -- kudos to Burlington Fireplace!

After 8 years the gas fireplace needed a new starter and a good cleaning. Mike and Lucas had the unit cleaned and a new starter (they had the part on the truck) in about an hour. Thanks for a great job. Mike also showed me remote control features that I didn't know I had.
