Zach, our salesman, came to our home and made great recommendations for a gas insert for our upstairs fireplace and a state-of-the-art electric insert for our downstairs fireplace.
Mason and Dylan beautifully installed both units and a mantel, expertly navigating the inevitable challenges that come with retrofitting an older home. They were neat and polite and did a great job.
Communication and timeliness was excellent throughout the project. Excellence and professionalism are apparently valued by the company and we would definitely recommend Burlington Fireplace!
