We love our new custom stone fireplace! Initially there were a few bumps in the road, with sourcing a mantel large enough and choosing stone. Our salesperson, Zach, wasn't the most helpful and I basically did all of the legwork to find our stone (first I was told they didn't make corner pieces - but I found them online, then I was told it was discontinued and I had to pick different stone - but I found plenty of stock online). I was also the person to contact the mantel company to find a log large enough... Anyway, our confidence in BFS was a bit shaken but thankfully, at the time of install, the guys they sent to install the stone and mantel were actually amazing. Chris, Mason and Dylan were all professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result. They kept everything clean, they worked hard, they were polite and in the end we were left with a gorgeous result. We can't wait to use it this fall! Chris, Mason and Dylan you guys are the best!!!
