He was careful to cover everything with a tarp, brought in his equipment & did an excellent, thorough job. He answered any questions I had, then finished the job. Wow Justin W. Cleaned by fireplace today and noticed the rocks have never been washed so he took it upon himself to hand clean them. That’s really excellent service! My fireplace looks awesome like new and I saved money by having my fireplace cleaned in the summer. VERY important to do every year!

Replaced an old, ugly 80s living room fireplace with an electric insert, and just for good measure :-) put an insert in the dining room too. From first contact to completed project, we couldn't be happier. Zack was awesome in walking us through the different options and getting us a design that was perfect. Brent, Ben, and Justin worked seamlessly to get all the work done in less than a week. They called everyday to tell us they were on their way, and kept us informed on progress and what to expect next. Removal of the ugly rock was a dirty job, but they covered EVERYTHING and got it all out with minimal mess. Obviously, every project comes with a different set of requirements and challenges, but the guys worked through our project as if they had handled this exact same group of issues a hundred times. We couldn't be happier with the new additions to our home.
