After 8 years the gas fireplace needed a new starter and a good cleaning. Mike and Lucas had the unit cleaned and a new starter (they had the part on the truck) in about an hour. Thanks for a great job. Mike also showed me remote control features that I didn't know I had.

These guys are professionals! Great experience with Burlington Fireplace. They were helpful with our schedule and getting into our house to see what we had to work with John got to the store early as promised to help us choose a fireplace that worked best for our home followed through with everything he said he was going to do And fun to work with. They had an opening early called us to see if it would work and installed the new fireplace. I had a schedule and we’re very thorough with directions on how to use the new unit. We are very pleased and would use them and recommend them without hesitation. They were awesome! They also sold us a smoker. They put it together and delivered it along with informative stories on how they used it the employees there purchase their products and use them so they can speak with knowledge. I was impressed.

Great experience with Burlington Fireplace from start through installation. Mason, Dylan and Chad were the install team. They arrived right at the start of the arrival window. Covered everything with tarps and left my house as clean as, if not cleaner, than when they arrived. They thoroughly explained the features of my new gas insert and hauled away all the old parts. Great company to work with.

We had our fireplace replaced with a high efficiency fireplace and cannot say enough about how beautiful it is. Tim, Todd and Evan were knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. They were all respectful of our furnishings, covering the floors and furniture as they worked. They cleaned everything up and even mopped the floor. Everything outside was also cleaned up. If I wasn’t looking at my beautiful fireplace, I would never have known they were here.
