I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace! I could tell it was a great company when I met the owner. Who did my on-site visit. He was great. I could tell right away they were quality company. If you’re thinking about adding a new fireplace or possibly converting a wood burning fireplace to gas, then call Burlington Fireplace, WI! That's who I chose when I wanted to convert my woodburning fireplace to gas logs. The technicians assigned to my project, Lucas and Lance, were punctual, knew exactly what needed to be done, were polite and respectful of my home and very neat. Bottom line...they were consummate professionals! I highly recommend them and Burlington Fireplace.

We changed out our wood burning fireplace to a Cozy Heat Nordic 34 Gas Insert. Our installers, Tim & Sean did a great job on the installation, no mess, and were very detailed in explaining the working process to us. Zak, our salesman also was very informative in helping us decide on which product was best for our
needs. This fireplace does make for cozy nights!!!

Before they started they went over everything to be done and when completed they explained how to operate the fireplace remote completely. They left our room clean. We went into the store for supplies and started speaking with a salesperson. He suggested a service call since we've never had the fireplace professionally serviced in 9 years. I've been cleaning it annually and replacing batteries in the remote unit, but it was time for a professional to look at it. Lucas called early to let us know he had a cancellation and could he come earlier? We had asked for an earlier appt and were told not available so this worked great. He was courteous, respectful, great with our dogs, and did what was needed. Fireplace looks great. New remote works as expected. I will call again when due for service.

They put the fireplace in & it just looks beautiful!
They were exceptionally professional and very friendly. They were also very conscious of keeping my home as clean as it was when they arrived which I really appreciated. Paul stayed after the other guys left and gave us instructions on how to operate the remote.
I would definitely recommend Burlington Fireplace and Paul,Sean & Bob to anyone looking to have a fireplace installed in their home.
