Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything to us in great detail and provided options. Really appreciate their tenacity in tyring to repair a gas fireplace that was installed poorly by the home builder. While we may still have to purchase a new gas fireplace, they provided us with a temporary solution for now, so we can continue to enjoy our fireplace in the cooler months, which may lead to a more permanent fix if it works!

Lucas cleaned both of our fireplaces, one gas and one wood burning. Upon arrival he removed his shoes and laid a large cloth in front of each fireplace as he cleaned them to collect any dirt, ect. Very thorough even cleaning the window glass until spotless. Super nice and answered all our questions. Overall did a great job.

Justin located the battery backup to our gas fireplace and relocated it to an easily accessible location at the gas control panel. The battery backup formerly concealed in the assembly was compromised. A lifesaver in an emergency heat condition. Probably acted as another lifesaver, pointing out dangerous extension cord space heater configurations.
