Richard who is the president came to our house for the quote. From the beginning I could tell he knew more than any other person I had come in for a quote. He answered every question I had and explained a lot more to me than I ever wanted to know about wood burning stoves. Not too mention they were the cheapest quote we had (by a lot for most of them).
Tim and Bob did an excellent job installing our wood burning stove. They were very friendly and walked me through every step along the way. We have had a fire going almost every day since it was broke in and it works great.
