I decided to call Burlington Fireplace & Solar after checking their reviews to clean and check our gas fireplace which was overdue. The gentleman who made the appointment answered all my questions. I was notified when the service tech was on his way. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained to my husband how the fireplace worked. He put in embers which makes the flame sparkle and cleaned the glass. Wow! Justin exceeded my expectations and I will definitely continue to schedule our maintenance with them. Thanks!

Had my two fireplaces converted to gas, one an energy saving insert the other very natural gas logs.
Waited to use them before leaving review, they work great.
Put off making the change because of the mess.....there wasn't any! Brent did a great job.

I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service I received from Justin. He needed to replace the blower fan in my fireplace. He was very polite and was sure to keep the surrounding area clean and well protected. He is very knowledgeable and answered any of the questions I asked. Luke & Mason did our wood insert install in our home. They did an excellent job all around. They called prior to arrival, were on time as promised and got right down to the job as soon as they arrived. Put tarps down to protect our home interior and kept the areas they worked in clean. They worked quietly and efficiently while doing the job and finished in about 3 and a half hours. Cleaned up after themselves and left our home as it was when they arrived. Very pleased with everything they did.

Complete scammers. Had them service my fireplace and 45 days later fireplace sounds like it's going to blow up when starting. After calling them they told me because I didn't call in 30 days it was going to be another 200 to come out and basically check there work yet they installed all new parts . So beware they do not stand behind there work .

We love our fireplace! And every time we call with questions everyone is so helpful. Technicians are very knowledgeable. Just recently, Justin did the yearly maintenance on our fireplace and again, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend Burlington!!!

Burlington Fireplace is great! I used them to put in a gas starter (the impetus of which was charring my hair and eyelashes after trying to start a fire old-school with a lighter) and new logs. My initial call by Lucas and installation by Justin were both wonderful — and both guys were very kind to Henry the dog! I enjoyed visiting the showroom, too.

Burlington Fireplace has serviced my fireplace for many years. Easy to make appt and always reliable. Lucas was technician today and arrived as expected with a call prior to give a "heads up." He was courteous and respectful of property. Explained condition of fireplace, what was done and what anticipated needs could be in the future. Also e-mailed receipt with his findings. Excellent service and experience today as usual.

Was having trouble with the pilot light on our gas burning stove. Justin from Burlington Fireplace & Solar arrived to check it out. He was able to get the pilot light lit after cleaning the stove. Justin was considerate, letting us know he was on the way, readily answering all of my questions, wearing a mask when he saw I had one and even demonstrated how I could remove the glass door for cleaning. He even asked if I would like him to remove his boots to keep our flooring clean. He quoted what a pilot switch assembly would cost when I asked before he got started cleaning and checking the stove. He let me know that part was not necessary as he was able to start the stove. The price quoted ahead of the visit is what we were invoiced. All of my dealings with Burlington Fireplace & Solar on the phone were professional and pleasant.

I recommend Burlington Fireplace & Solar. I made an appointment for today and the serviceman called 20 minutes before arriving. Justin arrived in the service window and got right to work. He asked me questions as we needed service, not just a cleaning. I watched as he did a couple preliminary tests and he explained what he was doing. Our pilot light wasn't working, he got it to work, but after further discussion and inspection, we decided to replace that. Our fan was making noise and we had that replaced as well. Justin kept me informed along the way, information regarding how the pilot works, color of the flame, how the fan making noise was an issue we could live with on a low speed or he could replace it. We decided to replace the fan and everything runs perfectly. Justin vacuumed out the fireplace, cleaned the glass, inspected the fireplace and the vent cage on the outside of the house. He actually cleaned out the debris from the birds and that helped the air flow for the fireplace and it should burn and vent more efficiently.
