Burlington Fireplace is #1. They were on time for the scheduled installation not just the first day but each of the three days that it took to complete the job. I was VERY impressed the the professionalism and knowledge of the three installers. They performed their duties as it was their own home. Every day the work site was cleaned up and left as they found it. My fireplace was installed looked and functioned as promised. I HIGHLY recommend Burlington Fireplace.

Excellent experience with the guys from Burlington Fireplace, both sales & installers. 5 star review because these guys are top notch! They installed gas insert in our old 1937 existing fireplace- we love it, looks amazing. They also installed a wood burning insert in our other old 1980’s existing fireplace. Some modifications had to be made with both units, the workmanship was exceptional. We could not be happier! The team was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient & clean. We were amazed what a great friendly experience we had with Burlington Fireplace. From our first step into the store to the last guy walking out of our home it was great! The young lady who helped us choose our gas insert was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Our installers Tim and Rob we efficient and left our home the way it was when they came. They also spent time with us explaining our system and made sure we were comfortable with it and answered our questions. We also had another Tim come to check on something we questioned later and he was amazing too! Went through everything again and made us very happy with our decision in choosing Burlington Fireplace. Was so nice dealing with friendly knowledgeable people. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace insert.

Our experience with Burlington was fantastic from the Sales process all the way thru the install. They gave us options and easily could have sold us more than what we needed, but gave us their actual opinion on what was good for our home.
Tim and Adrian were fantastic the day of install. Expectations were set at the start of the day and they just got the job done. They didn’t waste any time. They also explained things as they went and gave us a great overview of the functionality before they left.
Our only criticism is that they left a refrigerator unplugged in the basement and didn’t relight the pilot on the water heater. We found those the next day.
