Justin was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions, and he was able to repair our broken damper in place rather than immediately recommending a new drop-in replacement, which made me happy.
He also took measurements to save the cost of another visit in case we ever do need it replaced.
I would be happy to use Burlington Fireplace & Solar again and I'll feel much more confident in using our fireplace this winter!

We had an unusual problem caused by the poor workmanship of the installer (NOT Burlington Fireplace). Burlington was able to diagnose the problem and repair the fireplace. They were professional and highly qualified. I wish we had chosen them when we had the fireplace installed!

Burlington Fireplace is hands down the best installer/servicer in the area. We hired them to install a Jotul wood stove for our primary heating source in our 1862 brick farmhouse this past winter. With its unique challenges, Paul and Shawn, were thorough, safety-minded and persistent in delivering a quality product. Today, Justin and Lance came out to do a sweep and clean-out of our stove.
