Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. We ordered an insert and it was on backorder for quite a while. Neal kept in touch letting us know that the part was taking longer than expected. Once we had the insert installed we had a minor issue with it not measuring up correctly with the stone. They called the next day to set up an appointment to have someone come out to fix it. They did a fantastic job getting it completed and done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend Burlington Fireplace & Solar!!

We had a great experience with Burlington Fireplace. After purchasing a home in the Genesee area we learned our fireplace, which was nice looking but had clear indicators of being "flipped" poorly, was totally unusable. We struggled a bit at first to find a company that could remedy all the issues, but then were referred to Burlington by a close friend. They came out to the house to inspect things and we opted to get a wood burning insert installed, and essentially a gut and redo of the entire fireplace surround, mantle and hearth. We had very clear communication before and during our install. The crew was on-time, friendly and went above and beyond in prepping the work area to minimize dust. We could not be happier with the end result, and because the insert is so efficient we'll be seeing a nice energy credit at tax time. I would not hesitate to recommend Burlington Fireplace to anyone.

We had just purchased a new home that was completely remodeled outside of the fireplace and we discovered the fireplace was not operational. Luke came out and found there was a crack in the plate which could have resulted in a large cost to replace the whole fireplace due to possibility that the part was no longer available but the team worked hard and found a replacement part and Mike came out an installed it and we now have a wonderful fireplace to enjoy on these cold winter days. Thanks for you promptness and professionalism.

Luke and Mason installed a wood burning insert into our old fireplace. These young men are very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They took the time to cover all floors with drop cloths, explained when they had to make noise due to installation and so forth. We are extremely pleased with our insert. It hasn't gone out since it was put in. A job well done Luke and Mason!

I had a great experience having Burlington Fireplace install a gas fireplace insert in my existing wood fireplace. Their installers, Paul and Sean, were professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. They had to make some modifications to the fireplace, including adding an additional row of bricks, and they did a fantastic job. The final result looks great and I'm very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend Burlington Fireplace and Solar for any fireplace installation needs. They are reliable and skilled professionals who take pride in their work. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience having Paul and Sean install my gas fireplace insert.
