Mason and Dylan came to install a gas fireplace on a very snowy day. Before entering our home they shoveled our driveway so they wouldn't bring snow in on their shoes. Very polite and efficient. Cleaned up their work area. They made sure we understood all operational instructions before they left. We're glad we chose Burlington.

Contacted Burlington Fireplace to have fireplace safety inspection completed. The technician Justin came out and did a very complete inspection including a camera inspection, after completing his review he assured us our fireplace was safe to use. Also as a courtesy he cleaned our gas logs and added some wool and embers, our fireplace looks great, we would definitely recommend Burlington Fireplace and especially Justin for a great job.
