Today Lucas come to my house to clean the gas fireplace. He did a great job! he was courteous and professional. He added the glowing embers, which I thought were unnecessary. He put the embers under the logs which the last person (not Burlington Fireplace) who put in the new logs did not do. I thought they looked stupid the way the other guy put them in so I took them out. Lucas put the embers under logs like they should be. I was very impressed with the embers when done correctly. PLUS, Lucas liked my music. How could I not give him a 5. Thanks Lucas.

Burlington Fireplace is great to work with! Brooklyn, Richard Sr., Paul, and Sean were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions which helped us find the right fireplace. Paul and Sean did a great job on our install and made sure everything was working properly. Paul went above and beyond answering questions and showing us how our new Fireplace Insert worked. Justin came promptly within the allotted time slot. He cleaned the woodstove and the triple stove pipe on our Jotul F500. We have had it since 2005 and it heats our 2000 sqft home. He was a very pleasant and polite young man. My wife was impressed that he took his shoes off in the house and had a shroud on the floor around the wood stove. We definitely will call Burlington Fireplace for our next cleaning. It was a fair price and exactly as quoted in the preliminary contact. Thank you very much for a job well done… John and Donna

I called Burlington Fireplace, because when I went to use my fireplace I smelled gas. Lucas came out and tested my gas line and valve for leaks which there was one that only required things to be tightened up. He then did a total clean and check of my unit. When he was done he explained what he did, showed me how to properly use the unit since I’ve never had a gas unit. He cleaned everything up before leaving. I highly recommend this company, they were quick to come out, and did a great job!

Wow!! If I could provide more stars than 5 -- I would!! Brent, Ben, Nick and Ricky knocked it out of the park renovating our gas fireplace to a natural fire place, including new stone from the ground up 20' to our ceiling.
I wish I had a picture of our old fire place look to compare to this new beauty. Burlington Fireplace stands out with impeccable design, timely work, and a friendly team from start to finish within less than 5-days.

Burlington provided great service. They made sure I had the right materials after the wrong panels were ordered by a former home owner. Their representative also found a rusted out gas pipe, which in my opinion, was a huge safety issue! Thank you Burlington!!
