Chris, Bob, and Alex did an awesome job laying out the stone and installing it just how we liked it. They took extra time to pick the stones that matched our color preferences and even happily redid a section that we wanted changed a little bit. Overall great work, very happy on our end!

Today 11/23 I had Mike at my house to service my gas fireplace, he was extremely knowledgeable about my manufacturer. Mike went through the installation books checking all was installed correctly, did a thorough cleaning and showed me how to adjust our flame. Mike was a great guy definitely will have him come again. Best of all the price was reasonable, nice job Mike keep up the great work. We need more people like you doing service work. I would highly recommend Burlington fireplace.

We love our fireplace and everyone we have dealt with at Burlington Fireplace and Solar has been so professional and nice. We had our fireplace swapped to gas last November and the install was great. And we had it cleaned at the start of winter to this year (thanks Dan H.)! Easy to schedule and great communication. We’re even looking at putting another fireplace in the basement. Highly recommend - can’t say enough good things about this company.

He answered all my questions and explained what we did. The price was good too compared to other places. Highly recommend.

I had them come out and service my fireplace and it literally only worked for about a week. Stopped working after that. I called to have someone come back and I was told to take a look at it and see if there was a flame and see if I could get it to work and to call back. Once I called back it was outside the 30 days and now they will come back, but I would have to pay the service fee of $190 dollars.
